• Once received and QC-approved, correct size is dispatched (subject to availability)
• If size unavailable: choose another product or get store credit (valid 90 days, issued within 7 working days)

Not eligible for exchange:

• Sale/Clearance/Final Sale items, discount coupon or gift voucher purchases, items marked Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable
• Used, worn, washed, or damaged products; missing tags
• Dislike of color/material (please check photos & description before ordering)
• Minor color variations due to screen display, lighting, or handmade processing (5–10% difference is normal and not grounds for exchange)
