Orders

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Payments
  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) as per the terms mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
  • All payments made on our website are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. VIVIKA does not store your card or banking details.
