Free Exchange (no ₹200 fee) — only for:

• Wrong product delivered
• Wrong size delivered (our error)
• Manufacturing defect
• Mandatory: Clear, uninterrupted unboxing video required — no video, no claim

Do not accept the parcel if outer packaging looks damaged/tampered

Size Exchange (only option available):

• ₹200 flat fee per product (covers reverse pickup + reshipping)
• Raise request within 48 hours of delivery at care@vivika.fashion or WhatsApp +91 9213430761
• Share order number and required size.
• If reverse pickup isn't available at your pin-code, ship it yourself and share the courier's signed acknowledgment receipt (VIVIKA isn't responsible for lost shipments)
• Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact
• Once received and QC-approved, correct size is dispatched (subject to availability)
• If size unavailable: choose another product or get store credit (valid 90 days, issued within 7 working days)

Not eligible for exchange:

• Sale/Clearance/Final Sale items, discount coupon or gift voucher purchases, items marked Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable
• Used, worn, washed, or damaged products; missing tags
• Dislike of color/material (please check photos & description before ordering)
• Minor color variations due to screen display, lighting, or handmade processing (5–10% difference is normal and not grounds for exchange)
