SHIPPING POLICY

  • All our products are shipped door to door from our warehouse in Hyderabad,Telangana to your provided shipping address via courier.
  • Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

Domestic orders:

  • Delivery: We offer delivery across India.
  • Delivery time: Processing an order takes up to 2 working days and delivery takes 2-10 Working days. We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Delivery charges:

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders across India.
  • C.O.D is available on all orders across India.

Tracking orders:

  • As soon as your order is dispatched the tracking information of your order will be sent to your registered email, SMS or through WhatsApp.

Change Address After Shipment

  • Please check your shipping address carefully if you find it incorrect, please informs us immediately at care@vivika.fashion or contact us via call or WhatsApp: +919059351337 before your order is shipped. Once your order is out for shipment, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order.

Cancellation of orders:

  • You can cancel the order any time before 24hrs or before we have shipped your order whichever is earlier on the website or by writing us at care@vivika.fashion or contact us via call or WhatsApp: +91 9059351337. Once your order is out for shipment, we are unable to cancel it.

Multiple Delivery Attempts:

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times before they return it to our Hyderabad warehouse. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code, email Id and mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
  • On receiving the package back to our warehouse, we will attempt to contact you via text, phone, and email. However, if we cannot get in touch with you, we shall consider the order as terminated and refund the amount (after deducting delivery charges) within 30 days of the termination off the order.

MODES OF PAYMENT:

  • For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard,Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking options across major banks.
  • Cash on delivery is also available.
