RETURNS, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND

  • Please Read the description of the product for fabric quality, print, dye, work and understand the size to avoid the exchange, we are always there to assist you on call or WhatsApp chat at +91 9059351337, Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call or WhatsApp us at +91-9059351337 to know more details about the product if needed.
  • Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be color variations, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
  • 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
  • Purchase made from the SALE section is not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sales, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Hence please go through the size chart carefully.
  • If you have received the damaged product or the wrong product, please contact us on above given contact details. We will arrange a return pickup if available on the address provided or please send it back to us with an invoice or order ID. After receiving the return, we shall ship you a fresh piece, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, we will issue refund in 2 working days via UPI or Bank Transfer.

What is the exchange policy at VIVIKA?

  • As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. Once the product is sold it can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). The customer gets a refund only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.
  • If the product is not from the sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at care@vivika.fashion or WhatsApp us at +91 9059351337 within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Once acknowledged by the team during the next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for exchange. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. VIVIKA will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.
  • Exchanges are only accepted if filed within 48 hours of delivery.

  • After receiving the return for exchange, we will ship the requested size or piece within 2 to 3 working days.
  • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all the labels and tags completely intact, in their original packaging are eligible for exchange.
  • Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  • Please note that exchange is allowed once per order.
  • In case of a size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & from. If the desired size is not available, we will give option to choose other product. If price of the product chose is more, we will request you to pay balance amount and if less than the product to be exchanged then we will refund the amount in 2 working days.
  • The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by the customer.
  • International orders are not eligible for return.

Can I exchange a part of my order?

  • Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please do note some items are not returnable or exchangeable (mentioned in the above section).

Can I cancel my order?

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

  • You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please write to us at care@vivika.fashion or WhatsApp us on 9059351337 to request a cancellation.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by VIVIKA and accepts VIVIKA’s decision regarding the cancellation.
